Description: |
The Organic Waste & Resource Management Forum is designed to assist with the development of a new waste and resource management strategy for the Sunshine Coast Regional Council, focusing on organic residues. The Forum will provide high profile talks presenting organics recycling and processing options (with and without energy recovery), potential urban and agricultural markets for recycled organic products, and showcase successful organics recycling schemes from Lismore, Port Macquarie and Adelaide. A workshop in the afternoon will aim at developing preferred options for organics recycling on the Sunshine Coast. |
